At Wonkybot Shop, we want you to love your products. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, exchanges, and claims are handled.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Report any damaged, defective, or misprinted items within 30 days of receiving your order. Packages lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is our error, we cover the cost of replacement or correction.

Returns and Shipping
Use the return address provided in your return instructions. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. Using a different return address may make you responsible for any associated costs.
Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
If a package is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, reshipping costs are your responsibility once a corrected address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Packages
Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to our facility. You may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Health and Hygiene Products
Certain items, such as sealed face masks, cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons. Returned items of this type will be disposed of.
Buyer’s Remorse and Exchanges
Except for customers in Brazil, we do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse. Exchanges or returns for products, face masks, or different sizes are at our discretion and expense. Brazilian customers must contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide a picture of the item. Requests will be evaluated to ensure the product hasn’t been used or damaged; refunds may not be possible.
EU Consumers
Goods made to order or personalized items cannot be returned. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that aren’t suitable for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
